Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role:‍

Beyond Studios is seeking a full-time senior graphic designer to execute creative direction across branding, digital, print, and merchandise design projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong design expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, can lead projects from concept to execution, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute long-term branding projects, as well as fast-paced, time-sensitive design requests.
• Lead creative strategy, concept development, and execution across various mediums.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring high-quality work that aligns with project goals.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage client relationships, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Ensure all design work aligns with Beyond Studios’ creative standards and client brand identities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work.
• Mastery of the design process, from research and ideation to revision and final execution.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles such as balance, contrast, hierarchy, and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
• Experience leading design projects, collaborating with teams, and working directly with clients.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other front-end languages to collaborate with developers.
• Familiarity with no-code platforms and e-commerce tools like Webflow and Shopify.
• Background in motion graphics, 3D design, or other emerging digital media is a plus.
