About the Role:

Beyond Studios is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media strategies for our clients across a range of industries. This role is ideal for a creative strategist with experience managing multiple brand accounts, crafting compelling content, and driving audience engagement. While the primary focus will be on client work, the role may also include managing Beyond Studios’ own social media presence. A key responsibility will be visiting client locations to capture high-quality photo and video content for social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with their brand identity and business goals.
  • Manage content calendars, create engaging posts, and oversee scheduling across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and improve engagement.
  • Act as the voice of each client’s brand by engaging with their online communities, responding to comments/messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to present insights, campaign reports, and recommendations for growth.
  • Occasionally support Beyond Studios’ internal social media efforts, maintaining a consistent and engaging online presence.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for multiple brands, agencies, or clients.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a keen understanding of brand tone and voice.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively with design and marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, engagement strategies, and audience growth tactics.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Background in photography, videography, or motion design.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with creative, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
